Q: The part I'm looking for allows me to add to cart...does this mean you have it in stock?
A: Not necessarily. We do have a stockroom, but, many parts are 24-48hrs away at one of two of the closest-to-us Ford distribution centers across the country. We operate under the business model of not keeping a stock of what we do not sell very often if it is available at at distribution center in 24-48hrs' turnaround. This way, more dealerships can have access to more parts as needed without [in many cases] having to call around to find one less conveniently. If your order may take more than 3 days to ship - we will notify you of the ETA/estimated ship date. We're serious about communication with our customers! Q: Can you drop-ship?
A: No. We cannot drop ship from our distribution centers - these orders are delivered with a Ford distribution center parts truck that delivers on a route every day - with expected delivery times.
Q: What if the part is on backorder and it doesn't say it is when I purchase?
A: Currently, due to the Pandemic and the effects on production, shipping, and supply issues...we do have many parts that are on backorder. We try to keep the system up to date with the "Contact for Availability" option on parts that we know are on extended backorders (i.e. more than 2 weeks) , but, we understandably cannot keep up with, or know of, all backorders. Therefore, if we run into an order that contains a part we discover is on backorder...we typically can let you know within 24 business hours of your order. We give you all the details and give you options to continue with your order or cancel. You also will always have the option to cancel before a backordered part is mailed to us before any possible restocking fee would be applied. (we can cancel with Ford within 2 days of the backorder date with no issues). FYI: If a parts' page says "On Backorder" - we have the system set up to open to purchase when the backorder date has passed. We put a part on this status if there is a really extended backorder date.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We occasionally run promotions that may offer discounts on shipping, etc...but, we sell at just above cost, so we cannot offer other discounts [ i.e. Veterans, Senior, Ford Employee, etc].
Q: Can I use my Ford Rewards Points?
A: No, sorry. Nor do you earn points for purchases on our site. Ford Rewards Points are traded/earned for full retail sales and services only.
Q: Do I get the same Ford Parts Warranty as I would if I purchased from my local dealer?
A: Absolutely! See warranty information HERE. Many situations will require you to take to your local dealer to confirm with a diagnosis for a parts warranty - in this case we will send you a separate invoice with our dealership information so you may prove you purchased from an authorized Ford Dealer.

Q: Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
